BUDGETING / SCHEDULING:

We assist our clients with the development of a project budget and completion schedule for each project.  We include both soft and hard costs for a total project budget.

• Work with all Design Team members and Owner to create an acceptable project budget and schedule

• Review project plans and specifications for possible errors in building documentation

• Continue the value engineering process throughout the building program

• Coordinate all architectural review meetings from Schematic Design, Design Development through Construction Document phases

• Telecommunication scope of work and cost control coordination

• Special consultant scope of work coordination and cost control

• Abatement scope of work coordination and cost control

• User-Group scope of work coordination

• Moving company bidding coordination

• Staff relocation coordination

• Furnishings/Equipment and Owner Systems scope of work and cost control coordination
