CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION:

We provide daily on-site management services that allow us to use our general contracting backgrounds for in-depth project status reviews.

  • Maintain the operations management of the Design Team

  • Attend weekly project meetings

  • Give weekly project status updates to Owner

  • Review plans and specifications weekly

  • Continue with the value engineering process

  • Pre-construction meeting coordination and agenda documentation

  • Contractor schedule of values approval

  • Review all RFIs, COPs and change order documentation with Owner

  • Assist Owner with major equipment selection

  • Coordinate all equipment installations; work directly with vendors

  • Continuous Department of Health requirement reviews

  • Create liquidated damages documentation with Owner

  • Coordinate cost control and bidding of department moving requirements

  • Coordinate all staff relocations
