PRE-DESIGN SERVICES: 

We are experienced in developing and managing the pre-design coordination services for each of our projects.  We provide the necessary leadership to insure the best performance from our design consultants to promote the interests of the Owner.

• Select design team members and provide the necessary coordination leadership for all parties
• Assist in architectural and engineering selection
• Assist Owner and directors with department programming
• Develop Request For Proposal (RFP) documentation for all consultants
• Develop contract specifications
• Assist Owner with cost control and budgeting requirements
• Assist Owner with general contractor selection
• User Group meeting coordination
• Monitor construction documentation for code compliance
• Project phasing coordination
• Monitor the design process with a detailed schedule of responsibilities and dates
• Project constructability review coordination
• Assist Owner with special consultant selection
• Abatement survey coordination
• Provide value engineering alternatives
• Assist with project scheduling requirements
