PERMITTING / STATE APPROVALS:

Through our years of our successful projects, one of the most important issues for every project is the timeline for permitting and State approvals.  We work with municipalities throughout the State of Washington to foster a good relationship, understanding and trust.

• Attend meetings with City and County departments to review the project scope of work and scheduling

• Attend meetings with the Department of Health to review the project and their requirements

• Reviews for off-site utilities and associated costs

• Attending meetings with City and County engineering departments to value engineer cost savings for permitting and utility installations

• Coordinate Department of Labor & Industries reviews and scope of work requirements with project electrical engineer
