We work with the Owner, architect and engineers to ensure all requirements have been completed for a finished and operational building.

  • Coordinate the final punch list walkthrough with the Owner and contractor

  • Ensure the final punch list has been completed per plans and specifications

  • Review record drawings to assure they meet contract document requirements

  • Review mechanical and electrical operations and maintenance manuals with the facilities department to assure they meet with the document requirements

  • Coordinate closeout procedures and completion timelines with the general contractor

  • Attend meetings with Owner to review final project budgeting

  • Coordinate contractor claims, if any, with legal counsel

  • Ensure that all State and Local Jurisdiction requirements and signed approvals are completed for each project

  • Coordinate contractor retention release
