PROJECT DOCUMENT COORDINATION:

We assist the Owner and architect with preparation of all project documentation.

  • Assist Owner legal counsel with preparation of Owner/Contractor contract

  • Assist Owner with contract documentation for all special consultants required for each project

  • Assist Owner with the issuance of the Letter of Intent, Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed documentation

  • Prepare General Contractor procedure documentation for all on-site contractors

  • Coordinate and document all Team meetings

  • Formulate action plan for resolution of contractor issues

  • Coordinate all budget and schedule meeting updates

  • Assist Owner with project document control for each project

  • Assist Owner with a project progress presentation for the building committee or board
