CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT:

We work with each of our clients and their legal counsel in the preparation of all contract documentation for each of our projects.

• Assist with the creation of RFPs for architectural and engineering services, special consultants and general contractor and negotiate terms with Owner / Consultant

• Recommendations to Owner of terms of agreement with consultants

• Assist Architect in the preparation of the division 1 contract documentation

• Assist Owner with a contract records system for all contract documentation

• Assist Owner with all bid evaluations and make recommendations

• Assist Owner with bid preparation and bidding strategies
