NWCC is experienced in all areas of the building industry including general contracting, construction/project management and Owner representation for both the private and public sectors.  The types of projects that have required our management and Owner representation capabilities have included commercial buildings, mixed-use buildings, multi-family, major housing developments, shopping center development, assisted living centers, hospitals, clinics, retail centers and tenant improvements.

We assume the primary responsibility for the implementation and management of a project and provide the expertise and diverse experience necessary to manage projects of various scope and magnitude.  We provide monthly narrative reports to Owners with current and detailed information and evaluations of their projects.

NWCC has provided management and Owner representation services to hospitals and clinical projects exclusively for the past ten years.
